Our History

Bobb and Cole was launched in 2010, with a focus on Wellness. We have been solving our customers’ problem with food portion ‘distortion’ by offering a simple solution of using a portion control plate, designed to measure their food on their own plate. Through education and awareness we influence a change in behavior and lifestyle. Our passion and goal is to help people become ‘portion-aware’ by eating the right foods in the right portions consistently, combined with regular exercise results in weight loss, assist with maintenance and prevent obesity related illness, resulting in living healthier lives both at home and in the workplace. 

With Wellness travel increasing in popularity and consumers' demand for wellness holidays growing, in 2016 Bobb and Cole decided to combine their passions and is now servicing the Wellness and Travel and Tourism industries. With over 20 years experience and extensive knowledge in the Travel and Tourism industry we provide consultancy and support services, working with international and national companies bringing fresh thinking and expertise in Marketing, Sales, UK Representation, New Business Development, VIP Hospitality, Event Management and Wellness. NICOLE BOBB

Director of Bobb and Cole, Nicole grew up in the beautiful twin island of Trinidad and Tobago. She was an enthusiastic explorer from an early age, travelling and discovering the exotic and tropical Caribbean islands, its friendly and hospitable people. Here is where her passion for travelling began and her core values were formed. When you partner with B&C, you’re working with someone who is respectful, trustworthy, demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.

She then came to London to continue her studies and gained a MBA and BA (Hons) in Tourism Management. Over the next 20 years’ Nicole have gained valuable experience and knowledge within the Travel and Tourism industries. Her professional career started at Caribbean Airlines (formerly BWIA), moving on to The High Commission of Trinidad and Tobago and Thomas Cook.  She then transitioned to destination marketing, working for Dubai Tourism (DTCM) responsible for managing large scale events and exhibitions, and strategically promoting Dubai as a leading MICE destination.  Her successful marketing campaigns resulted in Dubai being voted top incentive destination worldwide by Conference and Incentive Magazine Reader Poll.   

The combination of her Caribbean upbringing, advanced education, knowledge and experience in a variety of sectors: airline, tourist board, travel agent, tour operation, means through her wealth of contacts, expertise, skills and understanding of the industry, B&C are able to execute and deliver your projects from beginning to close out, saving you time and money while producing results.
